Canada Day

We did Canada day yesterday and it was lots of fun. We had Strawberry Shortcake and Evan did the Fireman games, like pulling a fire hose up the latter and dragging the fireman coat. He even got to use a kids fire hose, he had to hit the target and when the water hit the target to a certain amount of time it would fall down. He loved it and wanted to do it again and again. Then we went and had hotdogs and listened to some band called passin’ though. They were pretty good. It was fun and Alex loved the music.

We went to St. Andrews after that. Evan had a ride on the pony. It shook pretty good and after that he wanted to get off, even though he could have gone around two more times. Alex wanted to see the dogs so we went and watched the kids dogs show for a while. We watch a guy in the square playing solo. He was pretty good, but I either really nerves or high. Then we went out on to the wharf and saw them setting up firework and a big sail boat. Evan talking about how he wanted to go on one like that with daddy and grandpa. I really hope we can get out the see them soon. I op-ted out of the firework as we would have to stay in st. Andrews til 10 or something silly like that since St. Stephen doesn't have fireworks.

It was a Great day, the only thing lacking was Jeremy, but he having fun exploring in Romanian and I wish I could be with him. One day I guess
