This weekend as everyone in Canada was preparing for Thanksgiving. Our little family decided to go on a 12 hr journey to meet some people we've never met before.
We stayed in the beautiful city of Lethbridge. It is a very nice City from what we could tell and the people were sooo friendly. The most amazing thing about Lethbridge I think is the Valley that separated the East and West sides of town. I was hoping that I could find a picture, but the one I found just didn't do it justice. So you'll have to believe me or go and see it for yourself.
It was nice to look out the window and see the mountains in the distance. We were going to go to see them close, but it ended up being to much driving after a full day of driving. Imagine.
Evan once again was his amazing self. He hardly complained during the more than 24 hrs of driving that we had to do and was very happy the rest of the time, even after spending nights in the same room as his parents and listening to them snore.
The hotel we stayed in had a pool so every morning when Evan woke up early I took him to breakfast and them we had a swim(so daddy could sleep in). At first he clung to me like glue, but after a couple of time of being there and a daddy distraction he got a little more brave.
All in all a very nice weekend and break from the daily routine.
