Life lesson

Sometimes it's better to just let kids play with things that will make a mess, and clean it up after you've seen the joy that it brings to them.

Today we got a package that was filled with packing popcorn and I was dreading Evan getting ahold of it, because I was imagining it all over my house and he's not old enough yet to help clean it up.

But I went against what I thought was my better judgment and let him play. I was abit surprised that the little popcorns didn't end up everywhere.

He's having so much fun! I wish I had these kind of revelations more often.
