All consuming

Yesterday Jeremy and I had a funny conversation about complaining. I don't remember how it started, but at one point he told me that I don't complain very much. I didn't agree with him and told him that I complain about everything, to which he said "like what" and I said "everything".
This went on for a little while, he was obviously not satisfied with my answer, and said that he could name a hundred things that I don't complain about. I only let him get to 25 though.

I realized that I don't complain about everything, but when something is bothering me. The fact that it bothers me consumes me, so it feels like I'm complaining about everything, because the thing that is bothering me is everything to me at that point in time.

It's very interesting this. I'm not sure if it's bad, but I do know that sometimes my tendency to do this annoys Jeremy to no end. And rightly so I think.
